Refund policy

We accept return of items

  • Purchased within the last 30 days in our online store
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact

We do not accept returns of

  • Gift cards

How to return

  • Visit our returns center
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Important! Please note that it is NOT considered an eligible return if your package is returned to us because you did not pick it up at the delivery point in time or the address you gave us was wrong.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via e-mail. Please note that it may take some days from we receive your return at our warehouse until it is inspected and approved.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the card you originally payed with, within 5 -7 working days. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This is when a returned item is not in its original condition (unused and in the original packaging), or when it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account(s) again and/or any credit card(s) you might have used. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at webshop@chamois.se.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you want to change an item, please return the item you bought within 30 days and buy the item you want in our online store. Once we receive your returned item in unused condition and original packaging we will refund you the cost of the item. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Refund for a package not picked up at delivery point

If your package is returned to us because it was not picked up at the delivery point, we change for the return shipping and handling. This amount is deducted from the refunded amount.
