Thank you for your interest in our products and online store. Here is detailed information on how we ship our orders.
SWEDEN
Free shipping for all orders over 1000 SEK.
- 75 SEK for standard shipping.
- All orders are shipped with DHL Express to your local delivery point. You get notification by SMS and e-mail.
- Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery
- All orders receive a tracking number
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes
- Please be sure to include your mobile number and e-mail
NORWAY
- 350 SEK for standard shipping
- If possible UPS will deliver to your door. You get notification by e-mail. If UPS is not able to deliver to your door they will deliver the package to your local UPS pickup point.
- Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery (dependent on your delivery destination).
- All orders receive a UPS tracking number.
- We are a member of VOEC in Norway, so our Norwegian customers should not be charged for import duties and customs.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- Please be sure to include your mobile number and e-mail.
INTERNATIONAL
Free international shipping on all orders over 2000 SEK.
- 290 SEK for standard international shipping. 99 SEK for orders over 1000 SEK.
- If possible UPS will deliver to your door. You get notification by e-mail. If UPS is not able to deliver to your door they will deliver the package to your local UPS pickup point.
- Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery (dependent on your delivery destination).
- All orders receive a UPS tracking number.
- As a recipient outside of EU and Norway, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this will be sent to you after purchase. Please note this differs from each country code.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

PLEASE NOTE
- We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products
- We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees
- Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery
- We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local pick-up point
