Thank you for your interest in our products and online store. Here is detailed information on how we ship our orders. Please note that we only ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland. If you want to purchase Chamois in another country, please find a local store in our Store Locator.

SWEDEN

Free shipping for all orders over 1000 SEK.

75 SEK for standard shipping within Sweden.
All orders are shipped with DHL Express to your local delivery point. You get notification by SMS and e-mail.
Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery
The package is kept 7 days at the delivery point before it is returned to our warehouse
All orders receive a tracking number
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes
Please be sure to include your mobile number and e-mail
If your package is not picked up at the delivery point, return shipping and handling costs 75 SEK. This amount is deducted from the refunded amount. If you want us to resend the order to you this costs 75 SEK in shipping.

NORWAY

350 SEK for standard shipping to Norway.
UPS will deliver to your local UPS delivery point. You will get a notification by e-mail when the package has been delivered and is ready for pickup.
Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery (dependent on your delivery destination).
All orders receive a UPS tracking number.
We are a member of VOEC in Norway, so our Norwegian customers should not be charged for import duties and customs for most of our products. Read more about VOEC terms and if your order is applicable here.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Please be sure to include your mobile number and e-mail.
If your package is not picked up at the delivery point, return shipping and handling costs 350 SEK. This amount is deducted from the refunded amount. If you want us to resend the order to you, this costs 350 SEK in shipping.

DENMARK & FINLAND

Free shipping on all orders over 2000 SEK to Denmark & Finland.

290 SEK for standard shipping to Denmark and Finland. 99 SEK for orders over 1000 SEK.
UPS will deliver to your local UPS delivery point. You will get a notification by e-mail when the package has been delivered and is ready for pickup.
Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery (dependent on your delivery destination).
All orders receive a UPS tracking number.
As a recipient outside of EU and Norway, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this will be sent to you after purchase. Please note this differs from each country code.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

If your package is not picked up at the delivery point, return shipping and handling costs 290 SEK. This amount is deducted from the refunded amount. If you want us to resend the package to you, this costs 290 kroner in shipping.

PLEASE NOTE

We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products
We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees
Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery
We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local pick-up point
