Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days for any product purchased. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You as a customer is responsible for returning the item in the right condition. Gift cards cannot be returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This is when a returned item is not in its original condition (unused and in the original packaging), or when it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Important! Please note that it is NOT considered an eligible return if your package is returned to us because you did not pick it up at the delivery point in time or the address you gave us was wrong.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If everything is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account(s) again and/or any credit card(s) you might have used. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

We offer returns, but not exchanges. If you want to change an item, please return the item you bought within 30 days and buy the item you want instead in our shop. Once we receive your returned item in unused condition and original packaging we will refund you the cost of the item. Shipping costs are not refunded.

    You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item to us. The shipping costs you payed for receiving your order are non-refundable. 

    If you are shipping an item over 500 SEK, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
