Seven Sisters of Himalay II through the eyes of
Solis Bohemian
Step inside Solveig’s wonderfully creative world, where our signature Jaipur tablecloth in Moss Green and Old Rose move effortlessly between incredible garden tables.
There is something we always love about seeing Chamois through the eyes of Solveig, the creative spirit behind Solis Bohemian. She has a wonderful way of mixing colour, prints, nature and collected pieces to create spaces that feel personal, generous and full of life.
This autumn, Solveig has been decorating with our signature Jaipur tablecloth in two new colourways from Seven Sisters of Himalaya II, Moss Green and Old Rose.
We love how differently the two colours come to life on these tables.
The Jaipur tablecloth in Moss Green feels beautifully at home among the greenery of the garden. Layered with linen embroidery napkins, green glassware, seasonal apples and vintage candlesticks, it creates a table that feels both elegant and wonderfully relaxed. As the season begins to turn, it is a lovely reminder that outdoor gatherings do not have to end with summer.
The Jaipur tablecloth in Old Rose brings a different mood. Soft, warm and feminine, it sits beautifully alongside faded pink garden flowers, oriental lanterns, green ceramics, chic cocktail glasses and silver cutlery. The pink tones in the tablecloth wonderfully brings out the flowers that still bloom in the garden.
What inspires us most about Solveig’s way of decorating is her freedom to mix. Nothing feels overly coordinated. Colours are allowed to meet naturally, old and new pieces sit side by side, and garden flowers and seasonal details become part of the setting. The result feels collected rather than styled, with plenty of personality in every detail.
Thank you, Solveig, for once again inspiring us to look at our textiles in new ways and reminding us that autumn can be every bit as colourful as summer.
Warmly,
Chamois.
