Inside the World of Chamois
Step inside the world of Chamois and join us for a glimpse of a special evening at Julius Hus in Stockholm. Surrounded by beautiful details, we brought our Autumn 2026 collection to life in an historical setting made for inspiration, conversation and gathering.
Discover Seven Sisters of Himalaya II
In August, we opened the doors to the historic Julius Hus in Stockholm for an intimate evening dedicated to our Autumn 2026 collection. It was a wonderful opportunity to bring the world of Chamois to life, filling the characterful rooms with layered textiles, wonderful music and inspiring conversation.
At the heart of the evening was Seven Sisters of Himalaya II, a collection particularly close to us and inspired by Charlotte’s many years of traveling and working in India. The collection takes its name from the sociable Seven Sisters birds Charlotte encounters at Samode Palace, near Jaipur. India has long been a source of inspiration for Chamois, from its extraordinary craftsmanship and architecture to its rich world of colour and decorative patterns.
For Autumn 2026, these influences meet Charlotte’s Swedish sense of balance. Ornamental motifs are softened through beautiful shades of ochre, moss green, old rose and warm earthy tones, creating textiles that feel expressive yet harmonious.
As always with Chamois, textiles are made to be mixed. Layer different patterns, introduce a new colour alongside pieces you already love, or combine something decorative with something quieter. There are no strict rules. It is often the unexpected combinations that give a home its personality.
As the evening unfolded, live piano music filled Julius Hus while our guests wandered through the rooms, discovered the collection and gathered in conversation. It was a lovely reflection of the world we want to create with Chamois; colourful, welcoming, creative and made to be shared.
We hope this glimpse into our Stockholm evening inspires you to discover Seven Sisters of Himalaya II and find new pieces to bring into your own home this autumn and winter season.
Warmly,
Chamois.
